(1) feeding device failure, feeding too much;
(2) grinding disc’s squeeze hole blocking;
(3) the air flow is too low or unstable;
(4) fineness of separator too small.
Reasons of too small pressure difference of Slag Vertical Roller Mill:
1) the feed volume is too low or feed interruption;
(2) the fineness of the product is too coarse;
(3) ventilation capacity is too strong.
Also you can check whether the pressure gauge is working properly.
